Die making Systems
Since its first introduction in 1997, EasyBender has been the de facto industry standard steel rule processor/bender that notches, cuts the rule to precise length and bends the rule in a single linear process. EasyBender uses a patented bending mechanism with retractable bending fingers.

SuperBender

SuperBender produces pieces that are fully finished with no additional processes. SuperBender uses a patented mechanism that produces bends that were previously impossible. From the processing unit, the rule is fed into the nozzle, which grips it tightly. Retractable bending fingers then accurately bend the rule to its final shape. This enables SuperBender to bend sharp angles up to 125º, (in 2-point rule) small radii, complex designs, and closed shapes.

EasyBender Rotary bends, notches, miters and cuts 4 point or 3 point curved rule for 66-inch circumference rotary cutting dies, as well as automatically or manually placing relief notches.

Although EasySampler has been used by the carton industry primarily for making samples, because of its accuracy, this machine can be used for other applications such as textiles, plastics, and foam. The EasySampler is designed for high cutting and creasing on a wide variety of paper thicknesses and textures, up to 10mm, in one high velocity pass. |
EasyLaser

Dieboard is one of the most demanding applications for a CO2 laser. Working with wooed is inherently more difficult than some other materials. Kerf control requires precise control of the kerf at both the top and bottom of the dieboard. The width requires precise control that is different dependent in direction. This control must vary focus and velocity settings that tie-in with speed and direction. The EasyLaser excels at this precise control.

EasyCounter

The EasyCounter has been developed as one of the most heavy-duty machines of its type anywhere in the world. The frame is a stone base, which provides extreme accuracy and durability. The positional accuracy is approximately on micron, but equally important is the ability to maintain z-axis control. The stone base is one feature that allows us to maintain this height accuracy. An automatic tool changer is built into the design to allow for quick change of up to nine tools. The system incorporates a height sensor to insure accurate tool length settings as well as tool status. The FANUC motion control is highly reliable and virtually maintenance free, and incorporates the latest in motion control and DNC features. |
